Cartridge and DE filter cleaning, condition checks and appropriate replacement support.
Green-to-Clean Treatment
An assessed treatment plan for green or cloudy water, followed by a clear conversation about ongoing care.

Salt-system checks and troubleshooting for Jandy, Pentair and Hayward pool controls.
One-Time & Seasonal Care
One-time cleaning, storm debris cleanup and seasonal support for changing pool-care needs.

What happens on a typical weekly visit
Tasks are adapted to the condition of the pool. Chemistry care, cleaning and equipment observation work together; extra repair work is discussed separately.
Water testing and chemistry balancing; chemicals when needed.
Emptying skimmers, pump baskets and cleaner bags.
Brushing walls, tile and steps, plus skimming surface debris.
Vacuuming and adding water as needed while on site.
Routine pool and spa equipment observation.
Weekly care from $220 / month
Chemicals and applicable taxes are additional. Your estimate reflects pool size, condition, equipment and service needs. No required service contracts.
A clear service scope
We offer maintenance and specified equipment support. Heater diagnostics are available; heater installation is not currently offered. We do not offer new pool construction or large remodeling. Pool photos illustrate outdoor spaces and are not a claim that Tejas Hills built the pools.
